We operate with a fully in-house manufacturing facility, producing a wide range of coir products made from 100% natural coconut husk fibre. Our raw materials are carefully sourced from Pollachi (Tamil Nadu) and Alappuzha (Kerala), regions renowned for superior coconut fibre quality, ensuring all our products meet international export standards. We maintain our own processing yards to convert coconut husks into fibre for our signature "JJ Coir" brand. Our process begins in the lush groves of Pollachi (Tamil Nadu) and Alappuzha (Kerala). These regions are globally renowned for producing the finest coconut husks with superior fibre strength and rich golden hue. By sourcing directly from these trusted hubs, we ensure only the highest-grade raw materials enter our production chain. Natural husks are processed in our own yards to extract 100 % eco-friendly coconut fibre. The fibre is spun into high-tensile Coir Yarn and wound into industrial-grade Coir Spools.
